✨ Technical Specifications
Hailing from the historic cellars of Osborne, founded in 1772 by Thomas Osborne in El Puerto de Santa María, Fino Quinta is a quintessential expression of biological aging in Andalucia. This classic Fino is crafted entirely from Palomino Fino grapes grown in the chalky, moisture-retaining albariza soils of the Sherry triangle. Under the watchful eye of the iconic Osborne bull—a symbol that has transcended wine to become an emblem of Spanish culture—this wine undergoes traditional aging under a delicate veil of 'flor' yeast in a solera system. This biological process shields the wine from oxygen, imparting its pale straw hue, distinctive aromas of fresh dough, wild herbs, and almonds, and a crisp, saline finish reminiscent of the nearby Atlantic breeze.
