✨ Technical Specifications

Pasqua's Black Label Amarone della Valpolicella represents a classic style from Veneto, crafted using the traditional appassimento method where grapes are harvested by hand and dried for several months to concentrate sugars, flavors, and tannins before fermentation. Founded in 1925, Pasqua utilizes historic vineyards in Valpolicella to blend Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta, aging the wine in oak barrels to develop complex layers of dried fruit, cocoa, and spice.

🍾 About the Producer
