✨ Technical Specifications
Pasqua Chiaretto di Bardolino is a classic rosé produced along the eastern shores of Lake Garda in Veneto, Italy. Crafted primarily from Corvina along with Rondinella and Molinara, this wine benefits from the moderating alpine-mediterranean microclimate and glacial morainic soils of the region. Pasqua employs gentle skin contact for just a few hours to extract a delicate pink hue while preserving bright fruit notes and crisp freshness, resulting in a vibrant, easy-drinking rosé steeped in local Veronese tradition.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1925 by the Pasqua brothers in Verona, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is a historic, family-owned winery that has grown into an internationally acclaimed ambassador for Italian wine. Operating from the heart of the Veneto region while extending its viticultural reach across diverse Italian terroirs, the estate balances nearly a century of winemaking tradition with creative innovation and meticulous cellar craftsmanship. The winery is celebrated for crafting structured, terroir-driven red wines—most notably Amarone della Valpolicella, Ripasso, and Recioto—alongside fresh, elegant white and sparkling wines, and contemporary cuvées such as the distinctive 11 Minutes Rosé.
