✨ Technical Specifications

Pasqua Prosecco represents the classic sparkling heritage of the Veneto region, crafted primarily from the indigenous Glera grape grown on the picturesque rolling hillsides surrounding Verona and Treviso. Utilizing the traditional Martinotti (Charmat) method, the juice undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel pressure tanks to preserve its delicate floral and fresh fruit aromatics. Established in 1925, Pasqua combines centuries-old Veronese traditions with modern winemaking techniques to produce a vibrant, approachable sparkling wine that embodies the lively Italian aperitivo culture.

🍾 About the Producer

Founded in 1925 by the Pasqua brothers in Verona, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is a historic, family-owned winery that has grown into an internationally acclaimed ambassador for Italian wine. Operating from the heart of the Veneto region while extending its viticultural reach across diverse Italian terroirs, the estate balances nearly a century of winemaking tradition with creative innovation and meticulous cellar craftsmanship. The winery is celebrated for crafting structured, terroir-driven red wines—most notably Amarone della Valpolicella, Ripasso, and Recioto—alongside fresh, elegant white and sparkling wines, and contemporary cuvées such as the distinctive 11 Minutes Rosé.
