Named after the picturesque valley where the grapes thrive, this red blend is a harmonious marriage of traditional Mediterranean and international varieties grown on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve their bright, primary fruit flavors and supple tannins. Established in 2000 by fourth-generation vigneron Jean-Claude Mas, Domaines Paul Mas has become a preeminent force redefining modern viticulture in the Languedoc.
