Grown in the gravelly, clay-limestone soils of the Pays d'Oc, this Cabernet Sauvignon thrives under the warm Mediterranean sun, tempered by cooling maritime breezes. To balance rich fruit with elegant structure, a portion of the blend is aged in French and American oak barrels for several months, smoothing the tannins while preserving vibrant notes of blackcurrant, herbaceous spice, and subtle toasted vanilla.
