Crafted under the 'Luxe Rural' philosophy of Jean-Claude Mas, this Sauvignon Blanc captures the sun-drenched yet breezy terroir of the Pays d'Oc in Languedoc. Grown on clay-limestone hillsides in the Hérault valley, the vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate tempered by cool night breezes, which helps preserve the grape's natural acidity and vibrant aromatics. To maintain its crisp, expressive character, the grapes are harvested during the cool night hours, gently pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Established in 2000 by fourth-generation vigneron Jean-Claude Mas, Domaines Paul Mas has become a preeminent force redefining modern viticulture in the Languedoc.
