✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted under the 'Luxe Rural' philosophy of Jean-Claude Mas, this Sauvignon Blanc captures the sun-drenched yet breezy terroir of the Pays d'Oc in Languedoc. Grown on clay-limestone hillsides in the Hérault valley, the vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate tempered by cool night breezes, which helps preserve the grape's natural acidity and vibrant aromatics. To maintain its crisp, expressive character, the grapes are harvested during the cool night hours, gently pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A brief period of aging on its fine lees imparts a subtle roundness to the wine's zesty citrus, gooseberry, and tropical fruit profile, resulting in an approachable, refreshing white wine that beautifully represents the modern, quality-driven spirit of Southern French winemaking.
