In 1999, the worlds of haute couture and fine Champagne collided when Piper-Heidsieck collaborated with legendary fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier to dress their signature Brut NV. Gaultier famously clad the bottle in a provocative, red vinyl corset, laced up the back—a nod to both his iconic fashion designs and the sensual, daring spirit of the house. Inside the bottle is Piper-Heidsieck's classic non-vintage blend, which relies heavily on Pinot Noir for structure, Pinot Meunier for fleshy red fruit character, and Chardonnay for elegance and freshness. Sourced from over 100 crus across Champagne, this cuve is aged on its lees for a minimum of 30 months, resulting in a vibrant, toasted brioche and citrus-forward profile that perfectly matches its high-fashion exterior.
