Domaine Prieur Roch's Premier Cru 'Vieilles Vignes' is a masterclass in the power of ancient vines and non-interventionist winemaking. Sourced primarily from the estate's prized old-vine parcels in Nuits-Saint-Georges, including the legendary Clos des Corv es monopole, these vines dig deep into the classic clay-limestone soils of the C te de Nuits. The late Henry-Fr d ric Roch championed a return to ancestral methods: 100% whole-cluster fermentation, native yeasts, no temperature control, and zero added sulfur. This traditional, hands-off approach coaxes an incredibly vibrant, wild, and deeply aromatic profile from the old Pinot Noir vines, yielding a wine defined by exotic spices, dark forest fruits, and an electric, living energy that evolves beautifully in the glass.

Founded in 1988 by the visionary late Henry-Frédéric Roch, co-director of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Prieuré Roch is a revered estate based in Prémeaux-Prisey within Burgundy's Côte de Nuits.
