Born from one of the wine world's most revered cooperatives, the Produttori del Barbaresco Riservas represent the pinnacle of Nebbiolo from the Langhe hills of Piedmont. The cooperative's roots trace back to 1894 when Domizio Cavazza first united local growers, a legacy revived in 1958 by the village priest, Don Fiorino Marengo, to protect small family farms. In exceptional vintages, the cooperative crafts nine distinct single-vineyard Riservas from legendary crus like Asili, Rabaja, and Montestefano. Vinified with strict adherence to tradition, these 100% Nebbiolo wines undergo long macerations and spend 36 months aging in large, neutral Slavonian oak botti. This patient process preserves the pristine expression of terroir, yielding wines celebrated for their haunting aromatics of dried roses, tar, red cherries, and white pepper, underpinned by a firm, noble tannic structure and vibrant acidity.

Founded in 1958 by parish priest Don Fiorino Marengo and nineteen local growers, Produttori del Barbaresco was established to revive the historic cooperative model first initiated by Domizio Cavazza in 1894 in the Langhe hills of Piedmont, Italy.
