Quinta do Síbio is one of Real Companhia Velha's most historic estates, located in the celebrated Roncão valley of the Douro, a sub-region famous for its steep, hand-laid stone terraces and pure schist soils. While the estate has centuries of heritage rooted in classic Port production, it has also become a canvas for innovative, terroir-driven still wines. The Quinta do Síbio Rosé is crafted to capture a fresher, high-altitude expression of the Douro. By utilizing the noble Touriga Nacional grape grown on these sun-drenched slopes and employing gentle pressing with temperature-controlled fermentation, the winemakers preserve the grape's delicate floral aromas and bright red fruit notes, resulting in a sophisticated, gastronomic rosé with a distinct mineral backbone.
