Named after the traditional Aboriginal ceremonial gathering, RedHeads 'Corroboree' celebrates the coming together of passionate, independent growers and rebellious winemakers. This wine is crafted to capture the collaborative spirit of the RedHeads studio, sourcing premium parcels of Shiraz from select South Australian vineyards. Made in small batches with minimal intervention, it undergoes fermentation in small open fermenters followed by aging in oak casks. Established in 2002 in McLaren Vale by Tony Laithwaite as a collaborative studio for rebellious winemakers, RedHeads has since evolved into a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly winery located in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Operating from its custom-built, solar-powered facility in Nuriootpa since 2019, the winery is dedicated to rescuing small, premium parcels of grapes from independent growers to craft expressive, small-batch wines.
