Sourced from carefully selected, low-yielding parcels in South Australia's premium regions, notably Langhorne Creek, this wine showcases the grape's deep, intense varietal character. The winemaking team employs traditional small-batch fermentation and aging in a combination of French and American oak barrels to tame the grape's powerful tannins while preserving its vibrant fruit profile. Established in 2002 in McLaren Vale by Tony Laithwaite as a collaborative studio for rebellious winemakers, RedHeads has since evolved into a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly winery located in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.
