Crafted using the traditional method (Flaschengärung) from 100% Riesling grapes grown on the steep, slate-rich slopes of the Mosel region, this Sekt undergoes extended lees aging to develop its refined character. The wine beautifully marries the naturally high, vibrant acidity and intense slate minerality of Mosel Riesling with the creamy texture, brioche undertones, and fine mousse achieved through bottle fermentation.
