✨ wine.spec_sheet

Rémy Martin Tercet is a groundbreaking Fine Champagne Cognac that celebrates the essential three-way collaboration—or 'tercet'—between the Winegrower, the Distiller, and the Cellar Master. Born from the chalky soils of the Grande and Petite Champagne crus, this expression is crafted from Ugni Blanc grapes. Unlike traditional cognacs that lean heavily on deep oak influence, Tercet is distilled on the lees in small copper pot stills to preserve an intensely fresh, fruit-forward profile. It is then aged in French Limousin oak casks, resulting in a vibrant spirit that reveals notes of fresh pineapple, peach, and toasted almond, bottled at a slightly higher 42% ABV to maintain its structural intensity.

Founded in 1724 by the French winegrower of the same name, Rémy Martin is one of the oldest and most prestigious Cognac houses, based in the historic town of Cognac, France. The house is uniquely celebrated for its exclusive focus on Cognac Fine Champagne, sourcing grapes solely from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus to craft spirits of exceptional aging potential. Utilizing traditional double distillation on the lees in small copper pot stills, Rémy Martin ages its eaux-de-vie in toasted Limousin oak casks to develop its signature rich, aromatic profile. This meticulous craftsmanship culminates in world-renowned masterpieces, ranging from their classic VSOP and XO expressions to the legendary, ultra-premium Louis XIII.
