Named in honor of the family, this rare sweet cuvée is crafted only in exceptional years when noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) flourishes perfectly. The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested berry by berry from clay-limestone soils that impart a profound mineral tension. In the cellar, the wine undergoes an incredibly slow fermentation and is aged for years in massive casks before release.
