The Zeltinger Sonnenuhr (Sundial) vineyard is legendary, named after the historic sundial erected in the vineyard in 1620 to help workers keep time. Selbach-Oster's Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese 2* (Two Star) Nr. 20 is a masterclass in Mosel precision and noble sweetness. Grown on precipitously steep slopes of blue Devonian slate, the 100% Riesling grapes are meticulously hand-harvested, selecting only the finest botrytized berries.
