Hailing from the precipitously steep, blue-slate slopes of the Zeltinger Sonnenuhr, this Riesling Kabinett is a masterclass in Mosel elegance and tension. The vineyard is named after the historic sundial erected in 1842 by Jodocus Pr m, which still stands among the vines today. Selbach-Oster's 'Nr27' represents a classic, feather-light Kabinett style, crafted using traditional methods including spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and aging in large, neutral oak Fuder casks.
