The 'R.D.' designation indicates 'Recently Disgorged,' meaning the wine has undergone extended lees aging in the bottle before disgorgement. This traditional method process develops complex autolytic characters, including notes of toasted brioche, roasted nuts, and preserved citrus, supported by a fine mousse and vibrant coastal acidity.
