β¨ Technical Specifications
Spier De-Alcoholised Chenin Blanc is produced in the Coastal Region of South Africa. Made from Chenin Blanc grapes, the wine undergoes standard fermentation before the alcohol is removed, typically utilizing vacuum distillation or spinning cone column technology to preserve the grape's natural aromatics. The resulting product retains the characteristic high acidity and fruit profile of South African Chenin Blanc, featuring notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, with an alcohol content of less than 0.5% ABV.
