This expression is matured for a minimum of 12 years exclusively in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks sourced from Jerez, Spain. Distilled in small copper pot stills, the resulting spirit is robust and full-bodied. The maturation process imparts a natural rich gold color and a flavor profile defined by dried fruits, warm spices, and oak. On the nose, it reveals notes of dried fruits and ginger, while the palate features sweet sherry, spice, and wood smoke, leading to a long finish with lingering sweet dried fruit and oak notes.
