✨ wine.spec_sheet

Hailing from the historic Ca' Florian vineyard in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico zone, this Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva represents the pinnacle of the Tommasi family's winemaking heritage, which began in 1902. The vineyard itself is a prestigious site characterized by ancient, traditional pergola-trained vines rooted in limestone and clay soils. Crafted from a classic blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, the hand-harvested grapes undergo the ancient appassimento process, drying in specialized fruit-drying rooms for over three months to concentrate their sugars, aromas, and structural elements. Following a slow fermentation, the wine is aged for four years—first in French oak tonneaux and then in large Slavonian oak casks—yielding a complex, deeply structured masterpiece rich with notes of dried plums, dark cocoa, wild spices, and earthy undertones.
