Tosalet is a distinctive wine brand produced in the renowned Priorat Qualified Designation of Origin (DOQ) in Catalonia, Spain, developed under modern Spanish producer Hammeken Cellars. Founded with an emphasis on expressing the profound identity of indigenous varieties, the project centers on dry-farmed, low-yielding old vines of Garnacha and Cariñena. The vineyards are carved into steep, rugged terraces defined by Priorat's signature llicorella slate soils, which impart intense concentration, depth, and striking mineral character to the grapes. Matured primarily in French oak barriques, the wines are celebrated for their bold dark-fruit profiles, complex balsamic notes, and muscular, elegant structure.
