Sourced from his exceptional vineyard in La Consulta, situated in the high-altitude Uco Valley, this single-vineyard Malbec showcases the profound synergy between grower and winemaker. The old vines thrive in sandy loam soils layered with calcium carbonate, enduring dramatic diurnal temperature swings that foster deep concentration and vibrant acidity. Matured for up to 18 months in French oak, it delivers a sophisticated profile of dark berries, violets, and graphite, grounded by a robust yet velvety tannic structure.
