Maison Trimbach's Pinot Noir R serve is a beautiful tribute to this heritage, crafted from carefully selected parcels around Ribeauvill characterized by limestone and clay soils. Unlike many heavy, oak-laden modern Pinot Noirs, Trimbach champions a style of purity and restraint. The grapes undergo a traditional maceration to extract delicate tannins and vibrant color, followed by aging in stainless steel and neutral oak casks.
