✨ Technical Specifications
Maison Trimbach’s Riesling Sélection de Grains Nobles 'Fût 27' represents the absolute pinnacle of Alsatian sweet winemaking, produced only in exceptional vintages when weather conditions allow for the development of noble rot. The name pays homage to 'Fût 27,' a historic large oak foudre in Trimbach’s deep, cool cellars in Ribeauvillé, where this precious nectar undergoes an incredibly slow fermentation and aging process. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand, berry by individual berry, selecting only those perfectly shriveled by botrytis. This painstaking process yields a wine of extraordinary concentration, balancing intense honeyed sweetness with Riesling’s trademark vibrant, laser-like acidity and profound mineral depth.
🍾 About the Producer
