In a region where Pinot Gris is frequently crafted with residual sweetness, Trimbach's 'Sauvage' embraces a bone-dry, intensely gastronomic character. Sourced from select limestone and clay-rich vineyards around the historic town of Ribeauvillé, the grapes undergo a cool fermentation in stainless steel and neutral oak vats.
