Utilizing the Charmat method to retain the pristine purity of the fruit, it undergoes secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks, resulting in a remarkably fresh and expressive profile. Established in 1996 as the Argentine subsidiary of Chilean wine powerhouse Viña Concha y Toro, Bodega Trivento takes its name from the three Andean winds that shape Mendoza's viticultural landscape: the arid, warming Zonda, the cooling oceanic Sudestada, and the frigid winter Polar.
