Trivento's Brut Nature is a sparkling testament to the high-altitude terroirs of Mendoza, where the dramatic diurnal temperature shifts of the Andes foothills preserve the vital acidity required for fine sparkling wine. Named after the three legendary winds—the Polar, the Zonda, and the Sudestada—that sweep through the vineyards, this wine is crafted primarily from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Utilizing the Charmat method to retain the pristine purity of the fruit, it undergoes secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks, resulting in a remarkably fresh and expressive profile. With zero dosage added, this 'Brut Nature' expression highlights the raw, unaltered beauty of Mendoza's cool-climate grapes, offering a bone-dry palate characterized by vibrant green apple, citrus zest, and delicate toasted bread notes.

Bodega Trivento blev grundlagt i 1996 som den argentinske gren af den anerkendte vingruppe Viña Concha y Toro og ligger i Maipú i hjertet af Mendozas berømte vinområde. Vingårdens poetiske navn refererer til de tre karakteristiske vinde – Polar, Zonda og Sudestada – der blæser hen over Andesbjergenes forbjerge og præger både mikroklimaet og vinstokkenes trivsel. Med fokus på moderne, bæredygtig vindyrkning og præcision i vinkælderen henter huset druer fra højtbeliggende topmarker i Uco Valley, Luján de Cuyo og Maipú.
