The name Trivento, meaning 'Three Winds,' refers to the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada winds that sweep through the vineyards of Mendoza, creating a unique microclimate that naturally protects the vines and concentrates the grape flavors. Sourced from hand-selected parcels in premium sub-regions of Mendoza, this Syrah undergoes meticulous fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is a sophisticated expression of the varietal, balancing intense dark fruit characteristics with complex notes of black pepper, smoked meat, and subtle spices, framed by ripe, velvety tannins.

Bodega Trivento blev grundlagt i 1996 som den argentinske gren af den anerkendte vingruppe Viña Concha y Toro og ligger i Maipú i hjertet af Mendozas berømte vinområde. Vingårdens poetiske navn refererer til de tre karakteristiske vinde – Polar, Zonda og Sudestada – der blæser hen over Andesbjergenes forbjerge og præger både mikroklimaet og vinstokkenes trivsel.
