The Trivento Golden Reserve Black Series Syrah represents a focused exploration of Mendoza's high-altitude terroirs, moving beyond the region's famous Malbec to showcase the remarkable potential of Syrah. The name Trivento, meaning 'Three Winds,' refers to the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada winds that sweep through the vineyards of Mendoza, creating a unique microclimate that naturally protects the vines and concentrates the grape flavors. Sourced from hand-selected parcels in premium sub-regions of Mendoza, this Syrah undergoes meticulous fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is a sophisticated expression of the varietal, balancing intense dark fruit characteristics with complex notes of black pepper, smoked meat, and subtle spices, framed by ripe, velvety tannins.
