✨ Technical Specifications
Trivento's Maximum Red Blend Reserve is a harmonious marriage of Mendoza's powerhouse red varieties, typically combining the structural elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon with the plush, velvety fruit of Malbec. Grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, the grapes are shaped by the dramatic Andean climate and the three legendary winds—the icy Polar, the fierce Zonda, and the humid Sudestada—that give the estate its name. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides a firm backbone of dark fruit and subtle spice, while the Malbec infuses the blend with vibrant plum notes and soft tannins. Matured gently in oak, this reserve blend captures the bold, expressive spirit of Argentine winemaking, offering a rich narrative of mountain terroir where intense sun meets alluvial soils.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1996 as the Argentine venture of the renowned wine group Viña Concha y Toro, Bodega Trivento is situated in Maipú within the premier winemaking heart of Mendoza, Argentina. The estate takes its poetic name from the three signature winds—the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada—that sweep across the Andean foothills, actively shaping the microclimates and health of the vines. Emphasizing modern, sustainable viticulture alongside precise cellar craft, the winery sources fruit from prime high-altitude vineyards across the Uco Valley, Luján de Cuyo, and Maipú. Trivento is celebrated internationally for its bold, fruit-forward red wines, particularly its benchmark Malbec bottlings such as the Golden Reserve and the ultra-premium icon Eolo, as well as refreshing white and sparkling offerings.
