Grown across calcareous, sun-drenched vineyards in the inland plateaus and coastal hills of Valencia, this vibrant rosé captures the bright Mediterranean climate through prompt, temperature-controlled direct pressing. Fermentation occurs exclusively in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to retain purity of red fruit and floral aromatics, avoiding oak contact to emphasize crisp, immediate refreshment.

Established in 1885 by Vicente Gandía Plá in the port district of El Grao, Bodegas Vicente Gandía has grown from an early exporter of bulk casks into one of the Mediterranean's most prominent, multifaceted wine dynasties. Headquartered in Chiva, the house remains under fourth-generation family ownership, overseeing extensive estates including the flagship 300-hectare Finca Hoya de Cadenas in Utiel-Requena and Finca Casa Gallur in Vall dels Alforins. The viticultural landscape bridges semi-arid Mediterranean conditions with continental mesoclimates situated at elevations up to 800 meters, rooted in poor, gravelly limestone and alluvial topsoils that nurture indigenous Bobal and Monastrell alongside international cultivars. Certified under the Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection framework, Gandía blends stainless-steel temperature-controlled vinification with heritage clay tinaja aging and selected oak maturation. Known historically for pioneering bottled Valencian wine through Castillo de Liria in 1971, its benchmark portfolio includes the Ceramic series, Ceremonia, Generación 1, and expressive, vibrant rosés such as Verema Rosé and Bobal Rosa.
