Crafted in the traditional method, the 'Bienvenue' Brut is a vibrant celebration of Alsatian hospitality and the region's sparkling heritage. Sourced from the sunny, south-facing foothills of the Vosges Mountains, where the vines thrive on complex granite and silt soils, this Crémant d'Alsace captures the crisp, mineral-driven essence of its terroir. The name 'Bienvenue' (meaning 'Welcome') reflects the warm, open-hearted spirit of the Alsace wine route. Following a meticulous hand-harvest, the wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in the bottle and rests on its lees, developing a delicate effervescence, creamy texture, and bright aromas of white orchard fruits, spring blossoms, and a touch of toasted brioche.
