✨ Technical Specifications
Hailing from the sunny, south-facing foothills of the Vosges Mountains near the historic Hartmannswillerkopf battlefield, the Tradition Pinot Noir from Cave du Vieil-Armand represents the classic, elegant style of Alsatian red winemaking. As the sole red grape permitted in the region, Pinot Noir thrives in the cooperative's unique terroirs of granite, limestone, and silt. This cuvée is crafted using traditional maceration and aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant, pure fruit character of the grape. It weaves a story of resilience and heritage, capturing the bright cherry and wild berry aromas that have defined local tables for generations.
