Sourced from cool-climate vineyards, the Sauvignon Blanc base is harvested to emphasize vibrant pyrazines and crisp organic acids. Stainless steel fermentation captures intense varietal traits without oak influence, yielding a clean expression defined by lively citrus, cut grass, and stone fruit aromas alongside balanced residual sugar added to replicate the palate weight normally imparted by alcohol.

Weingut Leitz traces its familial viticultural ancestry back to 1744, though its modern renaissance commenced in 1985 when Johannes Leitz assumed control of the war-ravaged, 2.9-hectare family estate in Rüdesheim am Rhein. Through meticulous parcel acquisition and restoration of steep, historic slate and quartzite terraces, Leitz transformed the domaine into a premier Rheingau reference point.
