✨ wine.spec_sheet

Hailing from the historic Wolfberger cooperative, founded in 1902 in the picturesque village of Eguisheim, the 'Belle Saison' Auxerrois celebrates the warm, sun-drenched growing season of Alsace. Sheltered by the Vosges Mountains, the vineyards benefit from a unique semi-continental microclimate with exceptionally low rainfall. Auxerrois, a close relative of Pinot Blanc, thrives in these clay-limestone soils. Wolfberger vinifies this grape in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve its delicate, fresh nature. The resulting wine is beautifully aromatic, characterized by soft acidity, round textures, and expressive notes of white flowers, ripe peach, and subtle honeyed spice, embodying the gentle transition of Alsatian seasons.
