✨ wine.spec_sheet

Hailing from the historic village of Eguisheim, the cradle of Alsatian viticulture, Wolfberger has championed the region's diverse terroirs since 1902. While Chardonnay in Alsace is famously reserved for the sparkling Cr mant d'Alsace, this rare still bottling, ' lev en F t de Ch ne,' showcases a bold, Burgundian-inspired approach. Grown on mineral-rich clay-limestone soils, the grapes undergo fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. This traditional technique seamlessly marries the signature bright, cool-climate acidity of Alsace with luxurious notes of toasted brioche, vanilla, and ripe stone fruits, offering a unique and captivating expression of a classic grape in unexpected territory.
