Hailing from the historic winegrowing village of Eguisheim, Wolfberger has been a cornerstone of Alsatian viticulture since 1902. The Expression Unique Blanc de Noirs Brut is a testament to the cooperative's pioneering spirit in the Crémant d'Alsace appellation. Crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir, the only red grape permitted in Alsace, this sparkling white wine showcases the magic of gently pressing dark-skinned grapes to extract pure, clear juice without color. The grapes are harvested by hand from clay-limestone soils that impart a distinct mineral backbone. Founded in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, Wolfberger was established when visionary local winegrowers united to create one of Alsace's most prominent and influential cooperative houses.
