Hailing from the historic cooperative of Wolfberger, founded in Eguisheim in 1902, this Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes pays homage to one of Alsace's traditional, yet often underappreciated, grape varieties. While Sylvaner was once widely planted across the region, these 'Vieilles Vignes' (old vines) represent a treasured heritage. The deep-rooted old vines draw rich complexity from Alsace's diverse mosaic of terroirs, yielding a wine with far more concentration, structure, and mineral depth than younger plantings.
