Hailing from the historic village of Eguisheim, the cradle of Alsatian viticulture, Wolfberger has been a cornerstone of the region's winemaking heritage since 1902. The Vieilles Vignes Brut is a testament to this legacy, crafted from select old vines that dig deep into Alsace's complex, mineral-rich soils. This sparkling wine is produced using the traditional method, primarily utilizing Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grapes. The old vines naturally yield fewer, more concentrated grapes, resulting in a Crémant of remarkable depth. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, extended aging on the lees develops a refined effervescence, balancing vibrant green apple and citrus notes with a delicate, yeasty complexity reminiscent of freshly baked brioche.

Founded in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, Wolfberger was established when visionary local winegrowers united to create one of Alsace's most prominent and influential cooperative houses.
