Crafted primarily from the Cairanne appellation in the Southern Rhône, this cuvée breaks traditional conventions by blending multiple exceptional vintages to achieve a timeless expression of terroir. The backbone of the wine comes from centenarian Grenache vines, supplemented by Syrah, grown on complex clay-limestone soils. Vignon utilizes innovative aging techniques, including concrete tanks and small oak casks, to preserve the vibrant black fruit, garrigue, and mineral character of the region while delivering exceptionally silky tannins.
