By accessing our services, creating an account, or organizing your collection on our registry, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1.1 Eligibility & Registrations

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your country of residence) to register an account with All Your Bottles. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

1.2 Bottles Registry & AI Sommelier

All Your Bottles provides a shared global database of wines, spirits (like whiskey, rum, gin, etc.), producers (vineyards and distilleries), and merchants (sellers). While wine is still our primary focus, all catalog entries must be accurate and factual. Some features leverage generative AI assistance to compile background data, production histories, culinary suggestions, and drinking windows. All registry database information is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

1.3 Disclaimer of Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or correctness of any information in the catalog regarding specific wines, spirits, vintages, producers, or sellers. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any data loss, server downtime, or decisions made based on AI-generated or community-moderated suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Your Bottles and its related entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

1.4 User Content & Product Database Rights

When you submit information to the global catalog—including but not limited to wine or spirit names, years, categories, regions, producer details, merchant names, and upload bottle or label images (collectively, "Product Data")—you grant All Your Bottles, its creators, and related entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Product Data in any media.

This grant applies strictly to objective product specifications and images that do not contain personally identifiable information. Your private tasting notes, purchase history, collection quantities, and credentials remain private and confidential under our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that because Product Data serves the collective integrity of the global wine registry, any objective Product Data or label images you contribute will be retained in our database permanently, even if you delete your account or request the erasure of your personal data.

1.5 Intellectual Property & Fair Use Policy

All Your Bottles respects the intellectual property rights of others. Product names, labels, trademarks, and logos displayed in the catalog are the property of their respective producers or brand owners. Catalog information and label images are displayed for informational, educational, and cataloging purposes under fair use/fair dealing principles. Users represent and warrant that they have the right to submit any Product Data or label images they upload. If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content on the site infringes your copyright, please contact us at contact@allyourbottles.com for immediate review and removal.

1.6 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that harms the integrity of the platform.

1.7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

1.8 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When updates are made, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of All Your Bottles following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Privacy & Cookie Policy

We believe in absolute data transparency. While we may use anonymized, aggregated statistics (such as the number of users owning a specific bottle, quantities, and wine type distributions) and your public contributions (such as public reviews and ratings) to generate statistics, offer personalized recommendations, and improve the site, your private information remains completely confidential. We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties.

2.1 Personal Information Collected

We collect minimal credentials upon registration: your username, email address, and password (stored securely as a cryptographic hash). You may also optionally specify your country of residence under Settings. We store the records of the bottles you add to your personal inventory, storage locations, pricing details, and private notes. Personal Tasting Notes remain completely private from the public and are never published to the global catalog; however, if you participate in a Shared Collection, your notes on those shared bottles will be visible to the other members of that specific cellar. For Community Reviews, you have granular visibility controls: you can choose to share reviews publicly with your username or mark them as private. You can toggle review visibility or permanently delete your reviews at any time, and set your default review visibility in your Settings.

2.2 Cookies & Local Storage

We utilize only essential, functional cookies and browser storage to support login sessions, CSRF security verification, and remember your visual interface theme selection (e.g. light or dark theme mode). We do not deploy advertising, tracking, or marketing cookies. By using the service, you consent to the use of these essential functional cookies.

2.3 Third-Party Services & AI Submissions

We utilize generative AI models to analyze global catalog specs. When fetching Sommelier details, only generic bottle specifications (such as producer name, year, and name) are sent to the AI API endpoint. Absolutely no personal user data or private tasting notes are shared with any third-party AI providers.

2.4 Business Transfers & Ownership Changes

In the event that All Your Bottles undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, user data (including collection statistics and account information) may be among the transferred assets. In such cases, your personal data will remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy unless you are notified otherwise.

Anonymized Rating Aggregation

Personal bottle ratings (1-10 scale) may be aggregated and anonymized by the system to calculate global community averages and insights. By rating a bottle, you consent to this metric being used for platform-wide analytics.
